"The personal was beautiful, very clean and fast service so feel bad for rating 4 stars, but ordered the vegan pizza and it was really not great. papa! john’s is better off! not to say that domino doesn’t raise her game and I look forward to seeing what they bring out in future."

"The first time here. a bit mix with our booking, but was quickly sorted out. then a mixture with our order sorted out again quickly. you have to say that eating was an excellent love that you can get half and half from the menu. service was a bit annoying and waiter a bit a cruel notice about the other waiter than he owes him to the wrong order. we were always asked if we were done, that we think they needed the plates. eating was not disappointed and I will go back."

"Called up to ask if I could place and order for collection. The man on the phone was very rude to me when I asked to get everything on my meal. He advised me that this would be done when I came to collect. He then shouted at me to hurry up as he there was a queue! I was so shocked to be spoken to like this. If pre orders are an issue then they shouldn 't offer it as service. All he needed to say was 'sorry, unfortunately we don 't offer this service ' at peak times ' and that would have been fine! Not a great customer experience at all and the man clearly has anger management issues. Don 't take it out on your customers its the first rule of customer service. Gutted as a great chippy, just no need for speaking to anyone like that so reluctant to go back now"

"We ordered from here for the very first time today as received a leaflet through the door. My husband and myself drove from Dunfermline to Dalgety Bay. The old man serving us was so bad mannered and rude when taking the order. Kept rolling his eyes. Not friendly at all. Clearly asked for a hoagie in naan but got it home to find it was a wrap but don't mind now as won't be back anyway because the old man wasn't very friendly. Should have really cancelled after his behaviour but would have felt bad but with hindsight it would have been better. Definitely poor quality and the standard of the place was also very poor. Sorry, but please think again before going here."

"A group of us went here for an evening meal, at first I wasn't sure what type of a place it would be because you walk into the take-away section and walk over to the left hand side of the restaurant which is set up...with a few tables. I think it would be nicer if the partition was pulled over as there was a lot of people coming in and waiting for their take-away and it felt like we were being watched all the time. Some of our party felt quite cold (the radiators weren't on and the front door was constantly being opened) so they kept their coats on throughout the meal. The meal was really good and well presented on the plates with all our food being cooked really well, however the chicken pakoras were really greasy but peel away the batter and the chicken was nicely done. It seemed to take forever for the food to be served up, we arrived at 7pm and didn't finish till nearly 10pm, food could of come to the table a bit quicker I thought. The restaurant has a bring your own bottle policy and there is no corkage charge. There is a bus stop right outside the restaurant with regular buses running late (No.7 will take you to Kirkcaldy bus station or Dunfermline the other way). If you are looking for gourmet food then this is not the place for you, if you are looking for take-away food (albeit really well presented on the plate) to eat at an good price, sitting down at a table, with a few beers or wine then this is place for you. The server was polite and well presented and the owner/chef did come over and ask how we were and how the food was, so it was nice to see him taking the trouble to get feedback from his clientele."
