"In July 18 2017, I buy a mix box from the cash counter (close to the door). After this, I take the mix box and take a seat inside. After 30 seconds, there was a man (the people who work in the inside counter) come to me and shout : did you pay already? There was a lot of people in there at that time and everybody look at me. I said: of course I pay. He go back to the counter and shout again to ask his colleague：Is the Asia people already pay? And his colleague said: yes.I want to say, I think the man should learn how to be polite to the cunstomer because it's the most basic thing.我在2017/07/18來到這家店用餐，我是在外面的櫃檯買的一個mix box，當我付完錢走進去用餐時，裡面的那個收銀櫃台的人很兇的跑來問：啊你是付錢了沒？我說：當然有付錢！接著，他回到櫃檯，問他的同事說那個亞洲人有付錢嗎？他同事說有我必須要說，如果你是亞洲人（台灣、韓國、日本、中國...哪裡都好）如果你要踏進這家店用餐之前，必須要先想清楚，如果你可以接受店員當著很多人的面對著你吼叫質問你的話，那就歡迎進去享受他的吼叫吧～因為我相信他連基本的禮貌是什麼都不知道的"

"I know this sushi shop since it opened. So far as I know it was the first in Freiburg. It is now for a long time in new surroundings: the main room has a moving sushi track with seats around but there are some tables, mainly outside in the covered shopping area. This is by far the most comfortable sushi place in freiburg. As regards the quality of the food it offers just the quality you get in these cheap places and which is in comparison with the price ok. I find this place slightly superior to the others in town. It offers a menu of 5 plates of sushi for ca. 12 Euro Dinner, 11 Euro lunch, if I remember well. You can choose the plates you like from the menu. The quantity is enough - at least for me. This if you like sushi and are content with the quality you get in a cheap place this is the place to go in freiburg."

"I'm not afraid... After my visit there was a violent confrontation with the staff. Background is a voucher that was bought at the end of March 2017 over 20 euros. This was not accepted because according to personnel a change of ownership would have occurred. However, the logo and other reviews on the Internet have not changed. A small note far away from the door shows that the old vouchers (5 months) are not accepted. This was not visible when entering. Regardless of the legal regulation, it was even physically imposed. Then there was a police operation. Dealing with customers is absolutely inevitable."

"Sushi was okay. Placed our order on their Apple tablet. Waited min for cold gyozas. Rest of food came sporadically over the next hours. Most hot food was cold before it was dropped at our table. We received food we didn't...order and never received some we did. Waiter was insulting with a very poor attitude. He said if we didn't like the service don't come back. There are many more places in Freiburg with better food and pleasant staff. Just avoid Oishii."
