"By chance we decided to stay overnight in Frauenkirchen. Host advised us to have a dinner in this restaurant. And it was lucky choice! Family-type cosy restaurant. No English menu but we got immediate help from the owner (I think). He magically converted our...orders into Austrian cuisine and we greatly enjoyed the meal. My son just made a hint he did not like the dessert and host asked what kind of chocolate he likes and hastily brought new dessert for him! My special gratitude for the meat! It was so much delicious. And it became even better with a glass of local wine that I was generously granted. We enjoyed the place very much and truly this dinner became the highlight of our Austrian part of the trip."

"Die Hausplatte war mit Polnischer und Extrawurst eher das was man sich von einem Schulbuffet erwartet. Es gab wenig Gebäck dazu. Der Bauernsalat war ein schlechtere griechischer Salat und auch nicht das was man von einem Heurigen erwartet. Die angeblich selbst gemachten Säfte schmeckten maximal selbstverdünnt. Offene Weine waren nur 2 auf der Karte. Immerhin freundliche Bedienung und Ware nicht verdorben, aber deswegen alleine gehen wir dort nicht mehr hin."
