"Meine Begleitung und ich waren zum zweiten Mal im Kiel. Auch nach einem Jahr können wir keine negative Veränderung der sehr guten Küche feststellen. Wir hatten leider nicht reserviert, da wir anahmen, dass in der Nebensaison Anfang März kaum Gäste den Weg in das Restaurant finden würden. Trotzdem bekamen wir zum Glück einen der letzten nicht reservierten Tische.Meine Begleiterin verzichtete auf eine Vorspeise, wohingegen ich mich für eine Fischsuppe entschied. Das war kein Fehler, denn die Suppe schmeckte und der darin befindliche Edelfisch war mehr als reichlich.Als Hauptgang hatte meine Partnerin die Ostseeheringe mit Bratkartoffeln und Salat gewählt, während ich anspruchsvoller war und den Boddenzander wählte. Zwei große Stücke Fisch auf Rahmsauerkraut und Rosmarinkartoffeln waren nach der Fischsuppe mehr als reichlich. So wurde (leider) auf den Nachtisch verzichtet. Den holen wir bestimmt beim nächsten Mal nach.Der Service entsprach dem Haus und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Facit: Ein Muss wenn man in Ahrenshoop ist und ein Rat unbedingt reservieren!"
