"I've been coming here for years however on my last visit While I was sitting facing the kitchen I could see see that the cook was actually wearing plastic gloves texting on his phone in those same gloves and cooking food with those same gloves. "Waited for food for 40+ mins. Was told at the 35 min mark that they were behind on quarter leg chicken so I was asked if 2 breasts was okay. I said sure since I ordered a half chicken and had been waiting quite a while already which seemed odd since they weren't busy. Less than a third of the tables had patrons and when I ordered, there were maybe 3 tables besides me. I was brought part of my food and was told the fries were behind and would be brought out later. I ate my food which took about 15 mins. Waited about 15 more, and then left because it was clear I was not going to be getting my fries after seeing multiple people that sat down after me get orders that did have fries. The garlic bread was good, but my chicken was overcooked. The server was very busy so I can't reallu fault her too much. She was the only one serving and I saw more than once that she yelling at kitchen staff for behind orders. Overall, I can't say my experience was an enjoyable or even okay one. I was unfortunately disappointed, which is a little disheartening since in general, I like the nandos franchise, but I have to say, I was not impressed with this particular location. "The food here is pretty good, but they consistently get orders wrong. Red Robin has a great menu featuring a wide variety of burgers, from basic to gourmet. And to go with them, they offer unlimited fries. Every sandwich can also be ordered as a chicken or vegetarian option, and they also have a seafood choice. There are a plethora of sides and drinks to choose from as well. Food items are usually served hot and fresh. For to go orders, they have an online ordering system which includes full customization options. My favorite is getting all the toppings on the side so I can assembly them fresh later. The facility is clean, and service is good. Unfortunately, they often get the burger options wrong. That's a real headache when stopping by for pickup. Even though they will make it right, it takes up time and the rest of the order gets cold. So while food and service is great and they may be good for dining in, I can't recommend them for takeout until they get better at tracking and filling the orders."
