"Vorab: gewisse Vorfälle am Abend unseres Besuchs machen es mir leider unmöglich, hier nur die Qualität des Essens zu bewerten. Das Essen verdient 4 Punkte (sehr gut).Ich möchte das ein wenig erklären, ohne zu sehr ins Detail zu gehen.Dass man hier keine Speisekarte hat, wussten wir. Dass es nur das gibt, was da ist, wussten wir auch. Dass der Wirt (Jean Claude) ein wenig ruppig ist, wussten wir auch. Wir sind hart im Nehmen. Dachten wir.An diesem Abend schien jedoch alles schiefzugehen. Es war ein Sonntag, das Lokal war voll. Unser Tisch war mit 8 Personen besetzt, am Nebentisch sassen 5 oder 6 jüngere Leute, die ziemlich gut gelaunt waren. Bedeutet: es war ein wenig lauter. Der Patron kam damit von Anfang an nicht gut klar, er wirkte sehr gestresst und absolut unentspannt. Ok, kann mal passieren, nicht alle Tage sind gleich gut. Dass er beim Vorstellen der Speisen an unserem Tisch quer über unseren Tisch zu dem Nachbartisch rief "Eh, RUHE jetzt!", nun ja. Manch einer mag das "rustikal" nennen, ich fand es ein wenig befremdlich. Das war aber nur das Vorspiel.Nachdem alle Bestellungen aufgenommen waren, hier ging es strikt in der Reihenfolge, die ER bestimmte, kam der Patron ein paar Minuten später wieder an den Tisch und hatte eine Rückfrage zu den Mengen der einzelnen Hauptgerichte. Wie das so üblich ist, blubbern dann alle gleichzeitig was rein. Einem an unserem Tisch fiel mitten bei der Klärung dann noch ein, dass er gerne noch ein Viertel Wein hätte, dabei berührte er den Patron am Handgelenk. Ok, das war ein wenig übergriffig und ok, die Situation war grade eine ganz andere - offenbar überforderte das den Chef komplett, weil er dann ausrastete und laut durch das komplette Lokal schrie. Ich will den genauen Wortlaut nicht wiedergeben, es war unschön und gipfelte in der Aussage "und wenn euch das nicht passt, dann geht wo anders hin, ist mir auch egal!" Im gesamten Lokal war dann erst mal Totenstille. Der Patron verschwand, seine Frau kam sogleich und entschuldigte sich und bemühte sich, die Gäste am Tisch zu halten. 10 Minuten später kam er selber auch nochmal und brummelte eine halbe Entschuldigung, er sei "nervös gewesen" und es sei "so laut". Wir blieben, weil du Sonntags um halb 9 nicht einfach so mit 8 Mann irgendwo anders hingehen kannst, es waren allerdings nicht alle am Tisch geneigt zu bleiben, hier wurde auch intern Überzeugungsarbeit geleistet.Zum Bezahlen kam Chef dann wieder an den Tisch und entschuldigte sich diesmal korrekt und ehrlich. Seine Erklärung, warum er an diesem Tag so schräg drauf war, lieferte er gleich mit, das möchte ich hier aber nicht schreiben, weil es persönlich ist. Er gab eine Runde Versöhnungsschnaps aus und war eigentlich so, wie wir es erwartet hätten, dass er als Gastgeber auftritt.Eine solche Aktion macht es mir leider unmöglich das Lokal zu empfehlen. Ja, es gibt Ausnahmesituationen, und wir sind alle Menschen, aber Schreien im eigenen Lokal ist eine charakterliche Schwäche, die ich nicht akzeptieren kann. Als der Nebentisch das Lokal verliess, haben die sich bei uns verabschiedet und gesagt, dass sie auch nicht mehr wiederkommen.Ich würde sagen, das Lokal und Jean Claude haben an diesem Abend 14 Gäste verloren - plus dem Multiplikator der Mundpropaganda. Schade."
