"My son and I went here for dinner. It was a Friday night but not very busy at all. We ordered from the kiosk and after half an hour we noticed that they skipped our number/order. People coming in the door way after us were getting their food. So I went up to the counter and asked about our order. The guy mumbled something under his breath and walked away.Then the manager came out and apologized and said our order would be next. Two minutes later he hands us our food. Oh my God, it was sooooo bad. It was cold and sloppy and burnt. The grilled onions I paid extra for seemed like they were grilled days ago? They were soggy and grey and not edible. It seemed like it got pushed to the side and forgotten, then stuck in the fridge? Or maybe pulled out of the garbage? How something can be cold, slimy and burnt is beyond me. We will never ever ever be back. It was disgusting and none of the staff gave a Oh and btw, this is the 3rd time our orders have been bad but this one takes the cake. Not worth it, do not eat here."

"Went at 11:05 because they open at 11. No one came until about 11:15 but didn't open the door for another 10 minutes. Wanted to try the fried plantains but they were out. Got the hot buffalo wings which had an AMAZING flavor. Everything was fresh so the food gets 5"
