"Goldbergs Bagels is an absolute gem of an establishment. From the moment you step foot in the door, you 're greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The customer service is truly outstanding, thanks in large part to the fantastic worker, Michael. He 's quickly learned my order and always greets me with a smile and a friendly the regular? .Not only is the customer service top notch, but the food is absolutely delicious. The bagels are some of the best I 've ever had, and I 've tried quite a few in my day. But Goldbergs doesn 't stop there their other menu items are just as fantastic. I 've tried a few and have been blown away every time.I recently moved back to the area from Minnesota, and it 's been so nice to have a place like Goldbergs to start my mornings. Michael even refers to me as the Minnesota guy it 's little touches like that that really make Goldbergs stand out.I 've done my fair share of bagel store hopping, trying to find the best one around. And I can safely say that the search is over. Goldbergs Bagel Company and their amazing staff have won me over. If you 're in the area and in need of a delicious breakfast or lunch, look no further than Goldbergs. You won 't be disappointed."

"I don't know why this place gets so much bad reviews. I've never been inside, but I ordered a door bag this morning at 7:30. It was about 45 minutes later. That's good for suffers. I wouldn't expect there to be many drivers. Anyway, I ordered a Cinnamon Rasin Bagel with Nova Lox and Cream Cheese and Egg, Onion and Cheese. (I love the sweet salty taste. I think everything was fresh. My only concern is that it was cold and the bagels are small. I think it's worth the price of 7.99. Fresh bagels are the best! Then I got a blueberry cheese muffin. I haven't tried. The reason I'm set 4 stars because the taste of coffee tastes nothing like salted caramel and it's not sweet at all. While the almond milk type has added, it has not added any whipped cream. So the coffee doesn't taste good. But overall I think the store is worth the 4 stars!"

"WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE.As soon as we walked in, the host and entire staff looked unhappy, unfriendly, and had bad attitudes. Host was a rude man who was very dismissive of customers and their seating requests. No smiles. No customer service whatsoever. Once we were seated at the booth, we waited about half an hour before a server came to take our order. Servers were all over the place catering to different tables. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my boyfriend ordered whole wheat pancakes. We waited for another half hour... we asked our server(s) to check on our meal. They seemed confused. It was obvious they forgot to put the orders in... once our food arrived, the REAL disappointment kicks in. HOW DO YOU MESS UP CHICKEN TENDERS?! My chicken looked fake and rubbery. The presentation was AWFUL. Just downright ugly... my high school cafeteria made better meals than this. I didn't eat the chicken, just the waffle because I was starving. My boyfriend's pancakes were so thin. Seriously... Terrible. I wouldn't feed any of the food here to stray animals. Never again."
