"Went in early May 2022 and I was about the 12th car in line for the drive thru. It was warm weather (53 degrees) and I tried to go to the window, but the employee working told me I would need to get back in my car and get into the super long drive thru line, as they weren’t taking window orders at the time. I don’t understand why this would be the case with no signs explaining the window closure. Seems like there needs to be a better system in place or more people need to be hired to fit the demand."
