"I usually love adding photos when I evaluate a place, but I didn't have time. The food came SO FAST was SOO GOOD. To be honest, my husband and I were shocked lol we ordered a little margarita pipe and the chicken parm WOW is all I can say. The chicken parm was soooo good that she could feed me, my husband and my son lol the margarita cane was perfectly cooked and had tomato slices on it and for me, that was the icing on the cake. So good and so happy we decided to come after driving in this place for over a year"

"Panatieri 's is a New Jersey chain from Pizzerias, from Bound Brook. The owner Chris Panatieri owns and operates the original location. There are nine total locations in New Jersey, but this rating is for the Hillsborough location. The pizzeria itself replaced another Hillsborough pizzeria called Portabello 's, which from what I remember served a decent level slice. The setup is similar, with a large counter that has many of the available options and plentiful interior fit. Parking is also quite simple, as the lot is shared with a nearby cabbage, so there are many places. While I first missed the disappearance of Portabello after trying Panatieri 's, I almost forgot why I enjoyed Portabello's first place. Panatieri's pizza is very good with a thin and crispy soil and delicious bread crust. The crust is one of the most satisfying properties of pizza and has a great crunch. I thought the sauce was a pleasant mix of spicy and zesty and the cheese was fresh and very tasty. The Margherita disc was decent. Maybe no winner, but it was a good choice with more of the sauce I enjoyed. It is clear why Chris Panatieri has successfully opened a pizza chain in New Jersey, one of the world's pizza capitals. The pizza is quality and the crust is some of the best I enjoyed. When I finally release my ranking for the worst to best pizza in Hillsborough, I will make sure Panatieri 's higher than average."
