"Prior to today I would have given them a 5 star rating but after dealing with the owner and seeing how unconcerned they are about customer satisfaction I will never go there again. Ribs old and dry and waitress told me chef said they were all like that so I ordered hamburger which did not have everything on it. It was extremely dry and I couldn't eat it. When I got the check they had charged me for the salad that came with the rib dinner. Took check to manager to have salad removed and was told people send food back just to eat the sides so they charge for them. Showed her my hamburger and told her if I wanted to cheat her out of something I would not be paying for the hamburger. Instead of her fixing the situation she just tried to argue with me. She was extremely rude even to the point I thought she was disrespectful. She just lost 2 customers who used to love to go there. This woman was one of the owners."

"If I have to be a good boy and eat directly by having a salad with my meal, I go to Ruby Tuesday. The 3-course dinner for around $13.00 and some changes are the best ever promotion. "The food was ok for an Italian restaurant. While the staff was friendly the service took forever. We had 7pm reservations, salads came about 8 and our food didn’t come till 8:42pm. The shrimp and grits were not liked and the homemade pasta left a lot to be desired. The deck seemed nice although we did not get to enjoy it while there."
