"I placed an order, went and picked it up. It was a lg deluxe that wasn't cooked all the way. When I called the person on the phone gave me attitude when I said it wasn't done. He asked what's wrong with it real nasty. I cursed said I'm the customer so I'll bring the pizza back and I'll get my money. I get there he comes up tells me I wasn't treating him with respect and that he's not going to help me because I cursed him . I had to let him know I'm the customer. Needless to say he didn't give me my money basically told me to eat the pizza that wasn't cooked all the way. I told him the veggies wasn't cooked all the way. He opens the box and takes a picture over the food that I was told to eat and stated that all the customers would say it's done. I asked him again for a refund he refused so then I asked him for the manager and to my surprise he said he's the manager so I asked him for cooperates number. He replied find it yourself I'm not helping you. And said it with alot of bass in his voice. Do better Marcos!! The manager is Horrible and doesn't care about customer service!"

They deliver, but not directly, and they don?t say that at all on their app, and if something happens with your order, there?s no number to call on the app. The app said my food was delivered yet when I called the store they said it was still there. My food has been sitting there for 20 minutes because nobody from Uber or DoorDash or Lyft has picked up my food, and I didn?t even know that they weren?t delivering directly there was no mention."
