"Really enjoyed this for a little change of pace in Santa Fe. The green chili tempura and the New Mexico rolls still reminded us where we were! Nice fusion of flavors! Also, the Okonomiyaki pancake is excellent!"

"I guess it was OK. The chef is extremely nice and seems to want to make sure the customers are well taken care of. The waitress was one of the most clueless I 've come across at a sushi restaurant and the bar for cluelessness in that category is pretty high. Nigiri seems a bit overpriced and nothing seemed all that fresh, but we were there on a Monday. Maybe we should have gone with the omakase. Note to owner/chef: Please consider contacting Santa Fe Community College culinary program to see if they can recommend potential waitstaff candidates with a real interest in food who might want to work for you. You need people willing to learn about Japanese food and service and who have some basic knowledge of fish and shellfish. Your waitress did not even know what soft-shell crab was and kept saying 'there are only two kinds of crab--fresh crab and not fresh crab. '"
