"Saturday 11february we had a reservation at 7pm for my partner’s birthday. Upon arrival we noticed that a lot of the menu was already out of stock. When we booked in we were told to ‘go and wait in the bar if there is room if not come back’ After we were eventually seated, we ordered drinks which then took 40mins to be served, we enquired twice but were told they are on their way. We then ordered our food which was sadly very disappointing. The Mac cheese was cold and congealed, 5 florets of broccoli in one dish! I then had to ask for cutlery which was thrown onto the table in front of me. The table was cleared whilst people were still eating and the manager then sent over a young member of staff to say our allocated time was up. An absolutely appalling way to run a restaurant, a birthday meal ruined, a manager her couldn’t even come over to us to apologise after we were being rushed out and frankly a birthday meal ruined. The one good from the evening was that the young lady that tended our table was extremely apologetic and was very good."

"I'd give it 6/10 There are quite a lot of branches around the UK and I thought why not give it a try. I ordered cheeseburger, buffalo wings and nachos. The bun is perfect but the patty is dry and lacks flavor and I wish the burger had some sauce. The buffalo wings were fine, but too spicy for me, and the nachos weren't fresh but the toppings were good"
