"We had the good fortune to stay at this beautiful hotel restaurant. The welcome was warm and friendly with a very personable and professional young couple in charge of the establishment. The rooms are very comfortable! Amelie Jouve was very kind and attentive to our every need, and the chef Dimitri Andre blew us away with the fantastic food. The plates are very generous, and the presentation classic with a modern twist. We will definitely return, as we had such a pleasant stay and the food was divine! Thank you Amelie and Dimitri! We had a wonderful stay in Haute-Loire!"

"A last minute reservation and despite a great welcome. We ate very well (menu East at a very affordable price) a very welcoming and warm staff! They were adorable with our 2-and-a-half-year-old chip. Digestive offered (to not say more) being Lyon is really something that is lost but that is always happy. You can close your eyes. Too bad we've lived here, otherwise it was an address we'd have chosen! Thank you!"
