"Although the food is great, the customer service is terrible. I ordered online yesterday and after 30minutes, my order was canceled. I contacted via instagram asking if they were still taking online orders and was told they had to close but would be open tomorrow. I ordered again this morning and it was canceled after 15minutes, I contacted through Instagram again and was told the device was off and to order again in 5minutes, which I did. After 10minutes, the order still wasn’t accepted so I messaged again asking them not to accept the order as it was now too late and I had to leave for work in 18minutes so they accept the order! Then I have to sit on the phone with menulog for 10min to arrange a refund and have the order canceled. Seriously blown away at how disorganised and how unhelpful they were. We have made 3 orders in one week but won’t be ordering again"
