"One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Light bulbs were burned out there was no Kleenex even after I asked the front desk there was still no Kleenex the television never worked the front desk clerk was coughing throughout my say and the entire place smelled. Not sure how this place can keep a flag from any national chain.Rooms: 1/5"

"Light, cozy atmosphere with a friendly, small town feel from the service to the decor. Really cool products for the coffee fanatic and delicious coffee and treats. You'll find yourself wanting to stay awhile. Ed is roasting coffee while sweet music plays and i actually wish my 3year old was here so he could play in the teepee while i have my meeting!!!"

"Been my favorite coffee shop for the past 5+ years, and that’s changing. There’s a couple employees with amazing customer service, but it doesn’t matter too much when you constantly get the wrong order and have to wait 20 mins to an hour at ANY given time in the drive through! I come here almost every day, and at least once a week, my order is messed up. I don’t even want to get back into line and wait another 30 mins for another coffee, nor should I have to. The guy with longer hair is amazing, always remembers my order and makes it great, with amazing customer service. Aside from him, I really see EVERYONE including and especially management needing to step up. Hopefully they get it together, because I’ll be back."
