"Excellent service, didn't catch their name. Everything correct and timely, never looked harried or wore a sour puss mask. Food was great, though caloric but who's counting. Burger cooked perfect, asked for med and it was absolutely medium, textbook. Prices comparable to other area cookery. Would definitely recommend"

"I’m never one to leave a bad review but am very disappointed. We waited 35 minutes and received the wrong drinks. There were 4 staff members behind the counter and it looked like only 2 of them were helping customers through the long line which was the frustrating part. One person made drinks and one person cashed folks out. The line would have been cut in half if the other two staff members helped out."

"It 's honestly rare that my order is made correctly at this location. I always do the mobile app ordering and pick up in the store. I think my order has got to be kinda annoying for the baristas working and why its rare that its correct. I always add 4-5 extra shots of espresso, regardless of whatever the drink is and I imagine that 's time consuming. I am always sure to tip well to try and make up for the extra time it takes. But I 'll be damned if they ever make it how I order it. I can tell just by the color of the drink whether it has any of the extra shots in it. It 's incredibly frustrating to pay for something I 'm not receiving. I 'd rather get a text saying hey, we can 't accommodate the extra shots rather than act like I won 't notice that I 'm missing the extra espresso!"

"The coffees taste like pepper it's pretty gross. Do people who ordered my food try to move too fast. At least during the morning when I was there didn't have that much time already but I wanted to get what I wanted pushed me out too quick messed up my order had to wait an extra 20 minutes because they're behind in the morning and giving people burnt food as well they just need to slow down a lot more there's one guy though that always wears a tie older white gentleman super nice I give him five stars but the ladies in the morning hell no"

"Really cool, swanky coffee shop that reminds me of when I used to live in the big city Everything that comes out of this place looks like it should be in a food magazine. They take esthetics very seriously. The only con in my opinion is that it does take quite a bit longer in my experience to get your drink. Most times I wait an average of 10-15 minutes for a drink if I don't order ahead because of the time it takes to craft each beverage."

"Bizarre experience. I ordered a cold brew with cream. I got a drink that looked like ice cream. I asked the barista if I could get less cream or cream on the side. she told me she just put a puppet player? of cream in and that “it just looks like that”. I felt so uncomfortable, so I just walked. I've never been to a coffee spot that refused to fix a drink."
