"We had a take away tonight (20/10/18). We collected and it was ready within 15 mins. The food was delicious, we had a pizza, chicken wings and cheesy dough balls. THE DOUGH BALLS ARE THE BEST WE HAVE TASTED!!! The menu also caters really well for vegans. The only thing we would say was the pizza wasn’t hot, we had to reheat it before we ate. But we will be definitely eating here again"

"Warm welcome at the arrival that I find is often an indication of how the overall experience will be. service in the right tempo, not rushed, but there, if necessary. eat well presented and good portions. beautiful open fire and cuddly mood without excessive music. beautiful old buliding. a genuine, family-run country pub. the parking space is small, I think parking could be a problem to busy times, but that's the only thing I would classify as a tiny problem. we're coming back."

"Lemon chicken 10/10 with unique tart taste. house special chow my pictures, may look small and expensive at £6.50 but it was possible to have the best I ever had. real ingredients, unique bun, beautiful pork and non-fat noodles. prawn cracker also great. prices may be premium, but the quality of food is beyond premium."
