"Let me start off by saying the burgers were excellent and the duck fat fries were delicious! my only gripe, and it's pretty major, comes from my experience from the staff. The tall gentleman who helped us was not very inviting when we approached the counter, he basically looked like he'd rather be somewhere else, and that continued throughout our ordering process. I was able to overlook that though, having worked food industry for years in FOH and BOH and knowing how terrible it can be working in a slow environment. However it's when he MADE our food (that we could see) that my party and myself started getting uneasy. It's one thing to scratch your neck and rub your nose then wash your hands... but this gentleman did those (sans washing), touched the fry basket, and proceeded to toss our fries with his thumb in the bowl. The lack of food handling knowledge was pretty apparent. I could not say the same for the other guy helping as I hardly saw him. The food was definitely the saving grace here, just train the staff a little more in food handling and customer service and I'm certain my next experience will be better."

"I had commanded a few who were bigger and almost had no problems with them. the biggest problem was when I was gone, not to realize that I had left a second bag behind me. I called and they told me they put him aside and just came back to get it. it was my fault and they still made it super easy and little stress."

"Been there twice recently and both times they missed an order, was shorted on both occasions. Why cant they get the orders correct? These people want and the service and caliber of help is worse than ever. I guess same on me for not checking the orders before leaving but you would think they could get simple orders correct without constantly checking for shortages. Wont be going back to that location anytime soon."

"What a super whimsical, quaint and tasty place. We celebrated my son?s high school graduation with family. As a Mexican-American who has lived in Mexico, their tacos reflected the fresh street tacos one would get from small shops in a big city. Fresh ingredients, quality veggies? and quite a range of meats and options. My mother in law had an excellent salad with a house specialty dressing and my mom had a nacho that was killer. My pork tacos were great. The red lettered options were as spicy as advertised. Hilarious that they named their different tacos people?s names. I had the Spencer and the Cali cactus dip with homemade chips. Absolutely recommend. Certainly a ?best of Midland!?"
