"Early Sun afternoon I ordered food telephonically I perceived the person who answered the phone was new. As I had to repeat my very simple order of wings 4 times. When I went to pick my order up I made sure the person ringing me up read back my order b/c I wasn 't sure it would be correct. Like I figured, it was not. Instead of getting an apology from the female I suppose was the lead or manager I got an oh the person who took your order is new statement, which is fine, but a sorry before that would have been great too. Then after having to wait again for more wings I asked if I could have a condiment to go along with the wings. I was told I 'd be charged extra for a condiment even though I had been inconvinienced. Not sure what 's happened to GREAT customer service but I see why these kids have not mastered it, with leaders/I mean bosses like this. Guess I 'll stick with Chick Filet....."

"While eating is in order, this two g is always extremely busy and seems underoccupied. the drive thru takes forever, service inside takes even longer and they choose to keep the children's playground closed. I thought that was a chain, and I saw other guys who opened their play area. what a shame. I think I have to take my business somewhere. I really wish they opened their play area. Edit: 5 days later, the game area is still closed, and not even an answer from the administration. I found 5 other two in other cities near that the play area is open. they clearly don't care about their customers."

"We stopped by for dinner . A great place for halal cuisine in Sachce area . New and clean interior, food comes out little slow but worth the wait . We ve ordered wraps , combo plate and falafels. "Employees do not greet you there’s no thank you have a good day, no smiles, nothing. I’m big on customer service, disappointing to see that the employees didn’t have no training on that. Jacinta and Guadalupe need learn how to have good customer service."

"The Manager, Veronica, was disrespectful and lied to me. She stated, ?Are you lost? after parking in the space right of the dumpster. She said that spot was for employees only. I moved and went inside. I started to tell her that was not they way totalk to customers and she denied the whole incident took place. I asked for a refund and went elsewhere."
