"Soest is a bit a waste when it comes to vegan restaurants, so it was an surprise to find krispy kebab. at the time of my visit, it was open for a week and was during the cirmes (fruit), so it was very busy. it is a small chain that makes Berlin-style kebabs. if you ever had one in berlin, especially in kreuzberg, then you will understand why this is so special. the brot, the various types of cauliflower, the entire package and how it was joined together. krispy kebab has just a few menu items, of which two vegan are the herbal kebab and the herbal kebab box. I didn't try. roasted vegetables with the typical salad filling. massive serves to eat the half of it before they can pack the bread. all sauces are vegan (probably due to infestation as design), and all allergens are marked (as usual in Germany.) the best kebab I had outside berlin needs only one falafel option to be perfect."
