"We initially wanted to try Swiss fondue at Walliserhof but they were closed for lunchtime on Sunday so we crossed the street to try this instead. We both ordered off the special menus.After getting used to Swiss prices the menu here came as a nice surprise. It was 20 francs a 3 course meal including salad and dessert. The salad was nothing special, the pizza I ordered was huge and tasted amazing - I think the toppings were onions and hot dogs, or something like that. My boyfriend got the linguini, which was good but nothing special. However, they gave us apple strudel with vanilla cream for dessert which tasted lovely. All in all, there was way too much food for us to finish.The place was quiet and seemed to be populated by locals, even though it's in a hotel. It doesn't really seem like a tourist place. One minor annoying thing is that there is no English menu. Food was pretty decent, especially for the prices."

"My husband and I have been here twice in the last week! The terrace is nice and atmospheric. The food is good and well priced (personally I had on both occasions one of the best pork schnitzels I’ve had in Switzerland). But the best element is the service the waiters are friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend and will be back soon!"
