"This was our best meal in Ferrara and possibly the best meal on the three-week trip throughout Italy. The restaurant itself is so charming and with a lot of character. It was full of locals who enjoy the food and the family atmosphere. The owner and the staff were amazing. They were attentive, professional and warm. Ferrara is a beautiful city, and this place makes it even more attractive to return. Each dish is creative and is on a par or better than Michelin restaurants in Paris. The wine was one of the best I ever had. It was a local white. Wife has pronounced the pink shrimps Tortellini to be heavenly. Amuse Bouche was amazing. Reservations for dinner."
