"This restaurant has several theme evenings a year and I recently attended the white truffle evening. The 7 course set menu was absolutely exquisite and included wine paring for CHF169 per person. The only catch is that you still had to buy your truffle for the evening at CHF5.50 per gram. Ouch. Very splashy dinner, but it was finger-licking good. And, as always, the service was phenomenal!"
Paradieshotel Rotschuo from Gersau is a good place for a bar to have a beer after work and be able to hang out with friends.

"If you love good food in modern combinations, this should be the place to visit. Located at the yacht harbour of Brunnen, a dinner on the terrace treats you to wonderful views! The food is excellent, the desserts creative, the wine list is (in my views strictly) very good and the whole experience won't set you back too much (for Swiss standards)."

"During our stay in spring we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and one dinner on the terrasse. the food was always nice and service too. depending on the person who seats the guests we got a very nice table with the kids or we do not...know why we got a less pleasant table even with having asked for it with the reservation. the one gentleman did this twice and for the next arriving guests he even arranged a table on the lakeshore although they did not have a reservation... p.s. when we returned in summer he was very friendly and helpful..."

"First, most michelin rated/stared places have no look that does and it is an exquisite environment. second, this place got the aromen, portioning and presentation right. so many at this level of kitchen and service struggle so much to be original that...their taste mixes do not work, that is not one of these places. in a world of many go too far, this place just goes far enough and remains innovativ, tasty and satisfying."
