"On Tuesday, August 23, my fiancé and I went to dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Laurel, Maryland. We were promptly greeted by the host on duty, Mr. Joshua. He was most welcoming and quite pleasant. We immediately felt comfortable as he escorted us to our seat. Mr. Joshua gave us a choice of seating options and properly presented the menus after our seating. He shared with us the daily specials and the soup of the day. When our waitress did not come to our table, he came and took our drink orders. We wish to commend Mr. Joshua for his extraordinary professionalism, courtesy and expertise. Dr. E."

"Brown stew Whole Red Snapper was delicious. But order was missing the Sweet Potato Cheesecake. Second time this has happened so Im not sure if its just my luck but it would be nice to not be charged for items they dont have available."

"My wife and I couldn't get past the menus. The first had food caked up on the pages, the second one given to us had red stains (perhaps blood) on it and the 3rd had finger prints all over it! Obviously they don't clean the menus after customer usage, which is totally unacceptable given the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its variants. We asked to speak to the manager, Matt, and waited 30 minutes in vain, as Matt never showed up! One other note, the bartender had her backpack in the sink behind the bar in close proximity to food, beverages, etc. The thing was she was pulling stuff out of backpack and returning them without washing her hands. The was a try of plates and glasses from a table of customers who had finished their meals that sat on the bar for the entire time we were there. Our experience was horrible, and the hurtful thing is that this is our neighborhood Red Lobster!!!"
