"I recently planned a corporate retreat for a few clients and we decided to have our guests stay at the Bardessono Hotel. Our guests had a fantastic time and accommodations were exactly what we hoped for. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable with lovely touches such as automatic motorized shades, fireplaces in each room, turn down service every night, and VERY comfortable beds. Beyond that, the customer service from the entire staff including front desk, valet, kitchen workers, and housekeeping was unmatched. They were incredibly attentive and anticipated our needs like seasoned professionals. I have never experienced that level of service before and it was greatly appreciated. We (and our guests) also appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and also loved the little touches, such as aluminum water bottles in every room. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's a short walk to all shops and restaurants but is cozily nestled in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. We got up early one morning and even got to see the hot air balloons launched over the mountains for their daily tours. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Napa area and I hope to return one day for a future event. Rooms: incredibly clean and comfortable. Sleek design with lots of nice touches. Walkability: prime location near all shops and restaurants. They also have bikes you can rent which is nice because there's several small vineyards nearby so you can walk or bike over and see the grapes Food drinks: great food and not overly expensive Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet"

"7/23/22 After an exhilarating hot air balloon experience, my boyfriend and I were super hungry (we had been up since 4:30AM) and we decided to go to Southside Yountville for breakfast. It was only half a mile (or less) from V Marketplace and we got a parking spot right in front. It's a cute café that is really clean with big windows and outdoor seating. We ordered at the front and the cashier gave us a number sign and the food would be brought out to us. We both got the same dish: biscuits and gravy. Zach also got a coffee, but that oddly came AFTER the food. We had waited 15 minutes for the coffee, and the waitress was completely honest with us that she had forgotten the coffee and was apologetic. Besides that little blip, the food was pretty good. It was a little spicy, but I liked it and the poached egg on top was creamy with a perfectly runny yolk. If I am ever in the area again, I would come back."
