"I've ordered from papa Johns 3 times. First time they were on time, second they were 2 hours late (I fail to understand how because I live a 20 minute drive down the road). Third time I ordered 3 hours before my selected time in order to give them time to cook and prepare it, still failed to be on time."

"We must say to everyone who see s this review what I have put on here ,curry spice 12 upper normacot road longton stoke on Trent ,the food is absolutely fantastic ,fresh produce ,and the taste is unbelievable this in my opinion must be one of the best authentic Indian establishments for food within stoke on Trent ,this is the truth to whom ever on here ,try there food and then you will know what I am on about . A well mannered staff ,and the delivery drive was fantastic ,manners and respect ."

And was made fresh The prices are great and fair. The drinks are good aswell. Overall im definitely coming again. "I love this place, have been here several times and have tried most dinge on the menu, they are always consistently extremely tasty, fresh ingredients and well presented. there are so many other places that are cheap, bland, reheated, tasteless food....that, thank you is not one of them! my favorite is the bowl of steaming mushrooms with garlic and the wonderfully soft brown brot! my niece loves the chip sandwich that should die for her! it is always busy at night, so they come there about 11:30/12 to get a seat, I think the prices and portion sizes are very reasonable for such delicious freshly prepared meals. very quiet atmosphere also, with great table service. a little Jewel hope they never close, or I will eat nowhere when I go to trentham gardens."

"Effort obviously has a vegetarian and vegan dedicated menu, so it was disappointing that the staff did not appear in the contents of the menu. We ordered the Ruckburger (vegan option) and the vegan pea protein kebab. What first arrived was the Pea kofta-Bites-Starter, we told the server, we didn't order a starter, so she went back to the kitchen. Then came the net, the burger was served with chips, but on the menu it said the vegan option would be served with potatoes as the chips are not vegan, I asked this, they came back and said they did not know why it said that because they are cooked in a separate frit, I said its likely because some cheap chips contain milk, they said no, chips from potatoes. We left the chips. Paprika, tomatoes and vegan Mayo were also missing from meals. The desert came, vegan icy caramel bar with strawberries... the raspberries and raspberry flowers were missing, but no explanation again. Overall, the food was very disappointing and the staff did not understand. We also waited a long time between main and dessert, I had to go and ask the server to delete our records and get Dessert. Such a disgrace, considering that they have tried to develop a dedicated menu, a little personal training would go a long way."

"Apart from nobody being available for a good 10 mins to check us in when we arrived, we had a great time. The salad bar is a nice touch and we loved the refillable soft drinks option. The service, once we had sat down was excellent, and the food was very good. As a vegetarian, I love the Halloumi Fish and Chips! Would highly recommend."
