"This was a designation restaurant for me. Chef Jean-Marie Dumaine is brilliant. I knew of his liquor infusions from other bar tenders in Germany. We arrived for an early seating. The dining room is simple, beautifully lit and relaxing. Chef Dumaine's is very active in the dining room and a joy to talk with. Many of the herb and heirloom vegetables were from the restaurants garden. The truffles were along hunted by the chef and his certified truffle hunting dog. We lingered late into the evening enjoying the meal and talking with the chef. And stocked up on all kinds of gourmet goodies at their store."
