"Di ritorno dalla Francia abbiamo deciso di fare pranzo in questo ristorante. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti dai proprietari Antonino ed Elisa che con la loro gentilezza e professionalità ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo ed illustrato il menù. Lo chef Antonino ci ha deliziato con una pasta al forno particolare fatta con le orecchiette; per secondo un bel filetto alla griglia con contorno di patate: delizioso ;-)Per dessert lo chef ci ha proposto un delizioso bignè ripieno di gelato alla vaniglia contornato da top al cioccolato!!Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile ed il servizio impeccabile!! Du genre "verser la préparation dans le poêlon verser un peu d'eau, c'est prêt".Les champignons ne paraissaient même pas frais. Pizza correcte."

"After reading the telegraphs article on restaurants in chamonix we thought it sounded like one of the better options on the mountain. How mistaken we were. The food was below par and had no flavour. When I spoke to the waitress she began to argue with me and shout at me, saying that we were the first people ever to complain. The worst customer service I have ever received in a restaurant, and trying to cook food that the chef does not have the skill to pull off. I would strongly advise people not to go!!"

"Moontine is a wonderful place to stop for lunch or snack. It is an alpine chalet in a flowering meadow next to Mont Blanc station in Le Buet near Vallorcine. The owners are charming and the food is delicious and fresh homemade....There are tables inside for colder days, but the tables outside the face of the size of the beautiful Aiguilles Rouges and surrounding forests. In the café there is a housing of friendly goats and a wooden hand built tree house for children. And in winter there are tobogonning sleds with the use of sleds free when eating in the café. The menu is small but varied with something that corresponds to most flavors. The fondue is wonderfully made from an old local recipe. But make room for the best myrtilla (beeberry) cake in the valley made to a recipe with almonds and deep in juicy local blueberries."
