"The staff charged me for a tim but for my puppy. They didn't give it to me and I didn't notice with my whole large order. Came back as I was leaving town with another $20 order. Mentioned the tim bit missing from earlier. Was told they couldn't replace it as I would need a receipt to prove I'm not stealing.... Really poor customer service and really rude. To insinuate I was trying to steal a 30 cent Tim bit after spending over $40 there in one day... Just frustrating since they made the mistake"

"On the way to Ottawa, we stopped for a quick coffee. Both my husband and I had to use the restroom. There must have been 20-50 flies in the ladies washroom. There was flies in the men's washroom as well. Both men's and ladies hand...dryers did not work. There was a fly sitting on the toilet seat just before I used it. Seriously, management should do something about this. Get those long fly strips that you pull out; a cheap flyswatter; a bug zapper that goes permanently on the wall."

"I've gone several times. Great homemade soup. I love their chicken salad sandwiches but you have to get there early to indulge. I buy my free trade coffee there from Ethiopia. It's small and cosy. The staff are ever so friendly and accommodating.iThe menu is not big but good. Their scones are to die for."
