"Good, professionally run hotel. Service very good, facilities soiled, even if some things are getting a bit old here and there. Breakfast buffet very good, with a really good selection, reasonable for the hotel price. Therme/Wellness is in order, quite a lot of sunbeds. Unfortunately, the location is not that great, there is not much to explore on foot and the town of Bad Griesbach is not a highlight either. I would recommend the hotel to relax for 3-4 days."

"The worst experience ever was there so-called 'Fine Dining Restaurant'. Taking our order took two requests and 20min wait for the waiter to show up, wine arrived another 10min later. Bread was the stale and dry leftover bread from breakfast, Appetizers were uninspiring.Despite telling them that we are in a hurry, we waited 90min for our main course and when we enquired what is happening we were told it is our fault for ordering steaks - they take 25min to cook. Service was unbearable.Sure enough they arrived literally raw (one of the guests commented that the cow is still breathing), the fish was also unedible and we ended up paying and going to the restaurant across the street to actually get any food.Really very little to like about this place"

"Wir hatten eine Familienfeier mit 40 Personen und hatten dafür den hinteren Raum. Dieser ist etwas abgetrennt und eignet sich dafür sehr gut. Die Bedienung war flott und das Essen kam schnell. Die Portionen sind sehr gross, insbesondere das Wiener Schnitzel. Der Schweinebraten war mit Sauerkraut und Semmelknödel angerichtet, eher ungewöhnlich aber vielleicht für die Gegend typisch? Die Sosse war etwas zu salzig. Der Gasthof hat zudem einige wenige Zimmer zur Übernachtung. Die Zimmer sehen nett aus und wurden wohl vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Insgesamt ganz in Ordnung, die grosse Gesellschaft wurde gut gemeistert."
