"Terrible , terrible , terrible , I just arrive from Cafe Unique , sadly the only Venezuelan restaurant in Midland Texas , I paid $8 for 5 tequeños that were super small , they were cold and not good , $2 for a cup of Papelon con Limón and more than half of the cup is just ice ? Seriously? How they pretend to have more client and to even make our gastronomy known around the world with these prices ?!!! Competing with tacos in $1 , burritos at $2 ?!!!! Really disappointed , I would never come back to that place !! So sad how they are destroying our Venezuelan gastronomy , if I could give less than a start I would !! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!"

"After initially getting a very poor welcoming, Melissa took us in under her wing and took really great care of us. I'm SO happy she did! She was an excellent server and was very attentive and personable. Really made us feel welcomed! She single-handedly turned our whole experience around from the moment she greeted us. (Which I'm grateful for because we LOVE cottonpatch) the rest of our dinner went great. Food was great and our server was amazing Their fried green tomatoes and fried pickles are my FAVE! If you have a chance to try their peach cobbler and pair it with some vanilla ice cream, do it!"

"Had a minor ordering issue a few weeks back, decided to contact management. explained my problem and within a couple hours, i was called at home by Mario Garza, who said he was the manager and would like to make it right with me. a long story short, he more than made up for the mishap and in my opinion is a real asset the the company and i personally would like to thank you Mario for your quick response and eagerness to correct the situation. its managers like you that make it a pleasure to frequent your establishment. others could learn from your example."
