"What a really lovely place! Great coffee and cake selection. Full of interesting stuff with either a local or an eco friendly nature. Friendly staff even though they were trying to close and people just kept coming in....that's how good this is"

"This is a beautiful garden excellently tended and an absolute joy to explore. We visited early May and the azaleas, rhododendron and acers were spectacular. Visitor numbers are high so arrive early in the day as there is quite a long walk from the car park to the entrance especially if you are parked in the overflow. Wear flat, supportive shoes as there are a couple of steep descents on loose gravel and allow up to three hours if you want to explore the majority of the garden. There is a wide variety of plants for sale along with a large gift shop."

"Maybe because we have always been so happy with so good service and quality hot eating. today was so disappointing. a cold breakfast is not good and easy to fix. haare found in an breakfast not help. it was super fast as usual, but...as if it had been on the side for minutes. Unfortunately, it must be marked directly down today. we hope it's a blip!"

"We were often in this year in the lavender tea rooms and always enjoy the meals (mostly Sunday dinners) they are really delicious and plentiful. a roast of bark meat with yorkshire puddings or roast turkeys etc. today, because it was so hot, we decided on a posing salmon salad, and it was absolutely delicious, so much that I write this review, it was plentiful and a lot of ingredients, very tasty. the workers are very pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to meet the nutritional requirements, they clear tables fast to wait for anyone who sits also very comfortable. all in all a very pleasant meal. well done to the kitchen staff and the front of the house staff."

"This is the smaller of the two tea rooms at Bodnant Gardens, and this one has a lovely courtyard seating area, is located right by the Craft Centre, Shop and Garden Centre exit. The staff were lovely and chatty too."

"Still a great place to visit even in these strange days. The location and setting means that the lack of staff and volunteer gardeners during lockdown have not had a big impact on these gardens. There are the usual constraints of pre-booking tickets and a one way system but these are a small price to pay for a walk in the excellent parkland and gardens."
