"I have nothing to fault, I don't care that the premises are hard to find because I like that it's not crowded. Staff are very kind and helpful. Free soup and tea on arrival which is a nice touch. We had the salty eggplant dish with rice and the salty squid. I have never wanted to go back to a restaurant as quickly as I do right now! The best dishes I have ever tasted in a very long time! My mother had the duck and noodle soup which she says she always goes back to. No doubt we will be back too!"

"Bad service with the strange attitude by owner. As everyone knows, samosa and other snacks which needs Chutney or any kind of sauce comes with it. These guys charge extra for it. No problem with it but then try to say it in a nicer way. Food looks good but the taste is avg. Customer service BIG 0 star. You will find better taste and great service in Sandringham. Never giving these guys any business again."

"I feel like I only write bad reviews for fast food chains so I want to break this tradition with a positive one.<br/ <br/ New Lynn KFC hands down has the best quality chicken, always fresh and flavourful. Wicked wings are bomb too. Service is usually sub par but today was outstanding.<br/ <br/ We went through the drive thru, drove to a spot to have a quick bite and noticed we were short 2 pieces, we drove back but went inside and waited. There was one man on the till and one had just packed a large box (those super massive party ones and handed it to a woman but then offered to walk it to her car (such a nice gesture! . When he came back we told him what happened and he sorted this out right away and even gave us some extra fries for the inconvenience. No sweat. Great service!"

"The cooks are very friendly. However, I didn't appreciate the young lady who works reception ranting in front of me at the old man who cooks because he couldn't fully understand my order (language barrier). Anyways, best chicken fried rice in town."

"I have tried Ethiopian eating in about 7 different restaurants in different parts of the world and this modest little food truck is the best I had. they told me today that mi and Friday are all vegan days. I come back! tip: park them at the main entrance on great north rd near the barbecue area and then take their food to the food dish to eat it inside."
