"This was the last hotel on our european holiday and the one we expected the least problems with. We arrived late (just before 11pm) and before the reception was due to close. We struggled with the intercom language to get a code for the outer door and failed. A passing worker let us in. The keys for our rooms were left at our rooms (they had left a note in the foyer for us to follow). The worker also helped with a heavy suitcase as there was no lift. My room was set for a single person and not two (single set of towels). The staff were very accommodating the next morning. I will probably use a different hotel next time."
