"Pretty good coffee and a friendly barista. Some drinks for the family when we were in Capitola. The place is a little hard to find because it is inside the building without an outward facing facade. The menu is simple. I wish they had some more interesting beans, but otherwise recommended."

"Short review: Good food, quick service, friendly, and clean. Long review: Okay, my photos don't do this place or this food justice. I was too busy enjoying it and was lucky to get any pictures of the food because we dug right in. Nice, minimalistic setup with lots of wood. Wood floors, some paneling on the walls, and mahogany furniture. I felt like I was in another dimension due to how quiet and serene it was in there, and that is a good thing. Upon receiving the nicely sized, waterproof texture menus, we were overwhelmed with a sense of nostalgia trailing back to another spot we miss dearly in the Bay Area. That's beside the point. I had been looking for Hunan beef [crispy beef] for a while and happened to find it here, per my partner's recommendation. We also got the appetizer combo plate and chow mein the familiar dish that is easy to screw up at most restaurants but Ming's makes it delicious and comforting. Perfect noodles and perfect rice. Seriously, I feel like I'm at an aunt's house when I eat from here. Reasonable price too, we totally got takeout the next day after coming here for dinner the first time. I don't understand why people are complaining that the server is mean. I thought she was just straightforward and swift. If you want to be babied, please go back to Texas Roadhouse or Applebee's."

"Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and got served right away! We were in and our quickly and it was all takeout only. The portion sizes here are quite incredible and the fish is all super fresh tasting. They also give you chips and salad if you ask nicely enough. It’s a little tucked away within the shopping plaza but if you want some super solid poke and huge portion sizes would come here."

"This was my first time there. The menu options are few, but there were good vegetarian and seafood choices, and even the (excellent cauliflower soup was available in a vegetarian form. The food arrived at a slow pace, making for a very leisurely meal, but the service was otherwise excellent. They served an amuse bouche and palate cleanser sorbet between courses. The food was very good to excellent. The sea bass entree was on the pricy side, but it came plated at reasonable size, with accompanying vegetable, and included soup or salad. Plus we saved a lot bringing our own wine (no corkage fee! . The dining room is elegant and intimate, although perhaps a little too quiet at times. Overall, an elegant night out that felt like a special treat without breaking the bank."
