"Worst hostel ever, very uncomfortable beds, small crowded rooms, very hot inside. Is there an aircon? Also few insects hovering around. I had an issue with the night front desk attendant. I arrived after dinner and asked to extend one night. He told me that he was too busy and could not help me, insisting that I have to do it in the next morning. This staff member was very rude and unpolite, not able to work with the public or in a team. Not happy in saying no to a guest, he complained to me that the blond lady who works in the afternoon did several mistakes, that's why he could not help and asked me (a guest) to complain about her (his coworker) with the manager. I was shocked. After that, I was overcharged one night. The manager, who could not finish a full sentence in English, next morning knew I was not going to stay and promissed a refund. It never happened. After 5 days I called the hostel, sent several emails but no answer. I heard from other guests that it's common that they hold your deposit, be careful. It's a very expensive hostel with poor staffing and dodgy practices!"
