"Beautiful outdoor seating , super fast service friendly, amazing food! The food here is excellent, I loved every dish we tried we tried many items. The oysters though small, we're fresh. The escargot is flavorful, the beef tartar is delicious, the pate is amazing! The diet coke comes in mini bottles which assures it to be nice bubbly! Entrees are so good. Mussels are small but the curry broth is amazing. Their French fries are 1 of of best I had! Their steak so tender cooked perfectly. The gnocchi omg.... so good with the creamy mushrooms. Desserts were not too sweet very delicious. 1 thing I have to say is the creme Brulee was served in a bowl instead of a ramekin. Kinda odd but overall still yummy. Definitely coming back again soon. Excellent"

"Came here for the first time for Valentine's Day. I have to say the food we ordered was pretty good. We had no reservation, so we sat at the bar. The food prices for our orders were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely come back."

"Very confused on the feedback here. We ordered a variety of dishes to try the menu being that it was our first time. I really wanted to send the duck wings back. They were fried, dry, and incredibly chewy with very little meat. Wings like this should be pressure cooked first so they're tender. The texture and cooking technique was wrong but the sauce on the wings was very good. The drunken shrimp was just several over cooked shrimp in a dish with a white wine tasting sauce, no garnish or accompaniments, no heat. It was just OK. Again, the sauce held the majority of the flavor. Why not grill the shrimp with some seasoning? Ok my biggest issue was the broccoli and plantains. This was literally cold (steamed at one time) broccoli with 0 flavor or seasoning other than shredded parmasean cheese. The broccoli I make at home for routine week night dinners is 100x better. The plantains were hot and yummy. The dish didn't make sense. It was like eating a bunch of leftovers from the fridge on one plate. Now for the good stuff! The entrees were much better than the apps hence the 3 stars. The pork (pibil) was the clear winner. Really flavorful and love the pickled onions over polenta. Polenta was also cooked well. Very hearty and felt like a winter dish. I would eat this again. The duck ragout pasta had a great sauce but didn't need the random little pieces of duck thrown in. It felt like an afterthought. The chanterelle mushrooms and the sauce were the star of this dish. The cocktails (margarita and bourbon cocktail) were also very good. UPDATE: The restaurant contacted me directly after reading the review and said they wouldn't have charged for the apps if we had said something. They asked me to contact them to discuss. I'm happy to pay for the food we ate, but I really appreciate this level of customer service. It's impressive that the restaurant reads reviews and reaches out to their customers directly. This goes a long way!!"
