"This place never disappoints, when you want a good burger with anything you want on it and fresh Cajun fries come here. I came here for a later dinner around 9pm and they were still quite busy. A few groups of friends and families. I got the bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, onions,and pickles,(I hear you now pickle haters)and a whole serving of bag fries and then some. Prices are pretty steep but for the fresh fries, double burger and peanuts, what else can I expect? Highly recommend"

"Love this place! Tried it on a whim, while trying to eat healthier- omg this place did not disappoint! You take a look at the menu and the. Order at with the friendly staff at the register, you then go around and pay at the cashier, who btw is also very friendly! (Every time! . We have had several bowls here, and none of them disappoint! However, my most fave is the queso bowl. The ambience is great, we like sitting on the counter facing the street and people watch"

"The lady taking orders at the window was on her phone the entire time and can't get an order right. when I went back to confront the manager she did not like what I was telling the manager then threatened me and refused to give me my money back. if you're planning to go to this location I wouldn't the manager does absolutely nothing for the customer. and if anybody from corporate sees this I would really love for y'all to reach out to me and I can give you the play-by-play and y'all can go back and look at your cameras. this is by far the worst service I have ever received at any restaurants"

"Guy in the drive thru forgot my drinks then I had to go back inside. He then blamed me inside and threw his hands in the air. Totally weird and uncalled for. He could’ve said sorry and that would be good. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order here in a week then had an attitude. Won’t be back."

"First let me start by saying our waitress, who I believe was named Shannon, was fantastic. We should have known when other tables around us were complaining about the food that we should have left. We ordered our food and about 30 minutes later the manager brought half of my meal out. 10 minutes after that my wife?s wings came out. My 3 year old was starving and we ended up feeding him my wife?s wings while trying to get his food. 15 minutes after that they brought the rest of our food. Now my wife had no wings because the kid ate them and the rest of the food they brought out finally was all cold including the first part of my meal that now had been sitting for 25 minutes. The disorganization in the kitchen was horrible and the fact that the manager would bring out half of one persons meal at a table without checking on anything else is a joke. We just left all the food sitting there uneaten and asked for the check. The Taco Bell next door was able to give us actual warm food which was more than I could say for the Buffalo Wild Wings. So for 71 dollars paid to BWW we still had to drive through Taco Bell and buy more food to actually eat. Save your money and go elsewhere the kitchen and management are an absolute joke."
