"Sushi Train in Gouger Street in the busy Adelaide Centra Market area never stops. And never ceases to please. Whatever you fancy, it just comes by on the 'train' - and at a touch, it is yours. I had the Aburi Salmon roll with its succulent salmon, avocado and salad. Next, the gyoza are tender and carefully fried to give a crunch with special sauce to make it a perfect dish. The Salmon volcano has a large serve of salmon with cream cheese lava and is lightly singed to add flavour and texture. Finally the Dragon roll with wonderful slices of eel and crunchy cucumber to finish. All washed down with a green tea and I couldn't want for more. Actually I did want more but my stomach could not fit it in!!! There is always next time. Superb."
In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area, And into the accessible rooms also come visitors with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

"It was a week night in winter and while most of the office workers in Adelaide were fleeing the city as though vampires were about to come out, those in the know were cramming into Sushi Train.<br/>Sushi Train looks ordinary from the outside and can be hard to find, but it is well worth searching out for great sushi.<br/>Highlights for us were the soft-shell crab, chicken karaage, salmon sashimi, and the spicy selection. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The prices are not cheap, but great value for such fresh, quality food.<br/>Highly recommended!"

"We went here as it was in the entertainment book and we wanted a night out. I had read some mixed reviews online but decided to try it anyway as we love trying all the Japanese in Adelaide. It was the worst I have been to. There were 3 plates on the sushi train, no atmosphere and the food was very average at best. I'm unsure if the rice was even sushi rice. Don't bother going here, wasai on field street is a million times better!"
