"New restaurant "la bella" has just opened its doors this year. excellent pizzeria or dough is worked and creamy well garnished and well cooked. It changes pizza to the dry chain without taste with an over-cooked filling. I recommend this pizzareria with its friendly staff and the little care. the frame is very pretty with possibility to take the aperitif in its private interior garden. also possibility of pizza has taken away. I'll go back."

"We had a lovely lunch here, the restaurant was recommended by a local French couple. The service was very attentive without being overpowering. The food was excellent as well as the atmosphere and the view of I'le Madame. We each had mussels a beer and a glass of wine , followed by an assiette of local cheese and and assortment of patisseries charente maritime completed with an espresso each. A bargain at 42€. The mussels were the plat du jour but next time I am in the area (depending on the plat du jour) I would definetly try the set menu, there are a variety starting at 18€ upto 35€, but there are also individual dishes. This is an excellent restaurant for fish, but there is also a good choice for the non fish lover."

"After several passages in three years in this restaurant I'm always so happy to go. very good reception, impeccable service, and especially it's not the factory or you are one on the other with a stone spear service or every minute counts, and I treat myself every time especially with the seafood tray. it's a restaurant to do without hesitation"

"Good mussels, and very good starters buffet, for a good price. Nice Kerisac cider. Good service, and helpful too, because after all these mussels it was impossible to eat the normal desserts so they agreed to serve some sorbet instead"

"In mid-November we had the pleasure of finding this place open and ready to welcome us on Sunday noon! And we've been thrilled from end to end! Very good reception in this all-wood restaurant, table on the edge of the fairway in the middle of the marshes, the top! Eight excellent seafood, fish soup and delicious gratined palourdes... even the pineau and the wine were good! In short we recommend this establishment that you will enjoy of course!"
