"Never eaten so well in sweden (yes I am a picky French esser) was the homemade carrot apple tasty, fresh and very well connected with a creamy mayonnaise, crispy fried calale, a seasonal butternut and very fresh raw veggies. the non vegetarian dish was also fabulous: wildly cultivated midsole with such a good sauce that we all used my broth to the last drop for it! simply the best restaurant here in örebro! not to mention the amazing style anywhere in the rottaurante."
