"We stopped in at West Hawk Lake, just looking for a little mid afternoon snack! We saw this place and thought it would be perfect. The young girl at the order window was very unenthusiastic! We ordered family sized fries, a Pepsi and a float. We were told we couldn’t have a float because their soft serve ice cream machine wasn’t working! We ordered a slushie. While we waited, a number of people walked away with floats and one person had a sundae! Hmmm....we were told we couldn’t have that!! After a LONG wait for the fries, my wife went to the pick up window, asking about our order. They told her the fries had been ready for a while, but there was no name on the order, so they didn’t know what to do!! We were standing 10 feet away maybe just call out the window! We also asked why other people were getting floats, but we were told they couldn’t make those the response was lame! The fries were very good they made fresh ones for us. The Pepsi had obviously not been in a cooler, so it was warm! Over all, not a great experience!!"
