"Café Europa is perfectly located in front of the Cathedral, in the Arcos (arcs) section. The view from the terrace is lovely, however, the venue as a whole is an antique colonial house nicely adapted for a restaurant and bar. I strongly encourage to try...both, the terrace and the inner room. Aside from the beautiful ambiance, the menu from this place is a perfect way to explore the culinary offerings of this region. Try Enchiladas and Corundas at this place, as they prepare them in a different and very interferon way in comparison to other restaurants. Prices are relatively cheap. So overall it will be a pleasant experience. An additional positive factor is that you can walk to several touristic spots from there (very short distance)."

"It;s a great place to have a coffee, but there are way too many people walking up to you asking for money. the ones who are not asking for money outright, are playing music without asking you and then going around to the tables asking...to be given money. They really ruin the experience. The restaurants in this part of town should really ban these people from coming up to the tables. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but they really do make it an unpleasant experience."

"We went here to celebrate two birthdays tonight. To begin with our reservation was at o'clock. We asked for a green salad but they were out of that, we asked for spaetzle and they were out of that and they were out of the...salmon. For a German restaurant not to have spaetzle, isn't that similar to in a Chinese restaurant not serving rice? Again, we are there at PM not late in the evening when restaurants might run out of the food on their menu. We worked around that, but our entrées looked nothing like their website pictures. Instead of the two sausages and large amount of mashed potatoes there was only one sausage and potatoes were sparse. Instead of two stuffed cabbages as appear on their website there was only one and again a small portion of cold mashed potatoes. And what kind of a German restaurant does not serve a basket of good Bread and butter on the table! There was none of that to be found here. When it came to desert at least two of us had their apple strudel on our mind. But again, we were told they haven't had that in years. When we suggested that they update their website the manager told us sarcastically, why should they update their website for apple cake. That's when I said they should update it for more than the apple cake but for the much smaller portions they serve then what are seen on the website. This is definitely not a return place."
