"Mixed feelings on this place: it looks very nice, the service is very good and friendly (indeed the chef himself serves you) but the quality of the food really isn't good enough, especially because it is quite an expensive restaurant. The mozzarella really was a joke, and nothing compared to real mozzarella (and I think the chef knows, since he is an Italian, making it even worse). The pasta's were ok, but nothing special thereby not justifying the high price. Ordered the seafood pasta, and experienced some stomach issues the next morning. It's difficult to find something qualitative in Arraial, and unfortunately this place is no exception."
