"We were brought here by our local friends. the restaurant location is amazing in the frame of a 200-year old palazzo. the plots are beautiful with a large razing under ripe trees as well as the majestic giant kiefernbaum, the watch over all. the main restaurant inside has the feeling of a big jagd lodge good with top wines and unusual digestive and lying. the owner santino welcomed us with open poor and his passionate description of the proposed courts was enough to seal the deal. each court has assigned the previous court. amazing fish based antipasti born by typical local favorites that went on a gastronomic creative world tour. explores all ingredients attentively by small local producers who clearly have the same passion for local products as well as new ones that grow well in this still natural environment. the highlight was the homemade black pasta with inkfish, accompanied by meeresaspargel a kind of seetang that gave a beautiful sweet note, a raw large red garnish with generous shaves of the local white truffles, which are a delicate version of the better known. a truly unusual combination that meets so many levels of sublims. dessert was a kaleidoscope of strange and wonderful exotic fruits, all grown locally, followed by 2 desserts to satisfy the sweetest tooth. a sicilian canolo from a mandel thin tocuit instead of roasted baked, filled with exquisite ricotta, accompanied by a home made orange jam. his competitive vanilleeis on a bed chocolate biscuit crumb, which was completely refined in a luxurious coffee foam that was carefully overcast by santino. my taste buds had found their nirwana. an especially sought malvasia helped to continue the life food dream. the final note came from a glass magma water from spain that had never seen the light before it hit our glasses. my senses cannot wait to come back."
