"First timer, and was really excited about trying a new Chinese take out restaurant. I saw the Google reviews at 490 reviews with 4.3 stars, but I genuinely don't understand why. It appears that the reviews are split down the middle. We paid $73.00 for mediocre food this evening and honestly will not go back again. We placed an order for take out on a Friday night. Person who took our order was great on the phone. Arrived for pickup, and saw the parking lot was at full capacity. Management inside was organized and seemed to know everything that was going on. Seemed like a great beginning to a great story. When we got home, we were sad to find out the food to not be seasoned, and flavorless. (We ordered Chicken Lo Mein, Beef Chow Mein, and a Pupu Platter). Duck sauce was really good, but just disappointed with what we ordered."

"I have ordered 2 taco salads recently. The first had dried out taco meat that was inedible. When I called I was assured it was fresh. The second was full of rotten lettuce and actually had a lettuce core in it. I am sad that this is the food quality that Cole Farms has now."
