"Went towards closing on Sunday, but they welcomed me in and took the order. It was my first time and they gave great recommendations. Settled on the fried chicken with sides of Red Beans and Rice and a Cup of Gumbo. Gumbo was excellent with two large shrimp on it. Red beans were equally as good and flavorful. Now onto the fried chicken. This wasn?t some regular fried chicken. This had to be marinated, then coated with spices, then hand battered in a delicious batterthat was fried perfectly crispy on the outside leaving the tender juicy meat inside perfect. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Cajun cuisine (I?m from SWLA) no before food photos because I ate it all ????"

"I wanted to try a new place near work and came across this little cafe. I was able to order online and pick up, the owner even calls when the order is ready (I SO APPRECIATE THIS). Pick up was quick and easy. I ordered the Grilled Chicken w/ bacon sandwich and it was very tasty! Will for sure be coming back."

"This is probably the worst 7 eleven I’ve ever been to and I been to a lot there food sucks it’s like they leave it out all day the drink machines never have the drinks you want or ice they barely work half the time the employees are always on there phones or are to preoccupied by there own agenda to give any good customer service or to even clean up the store for a brand new 7 eleven that’s been open for a year and half it’s the dirtiest so if you have the 5 minute to spare go the the 7 eleven that is off Carson st it’s the best one in town"
