"SCAMPER! We expressly ask for a formula (dish dessert with aligot supplement €19)... "First day of the holiday so pretty tired and wanted something not too fussy and we got exactly what we needed at Le Cafe Francais. The menu was a good sized salad starter with ham, egg, potato etc then we had a good steak frites followed by a good mousse au chocolat all for the princely sum of 12 euros each. The pichet of wine was very reasonable and the service was friendly and chatty even though it was busy. Nothing fancy but done well."
